Due to the intimate and personal nature of our items, we are unable to accept general returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped. We kindly ask that you review all product details carefully before placing your order to ensure the item meets your expectations.

Returns & Eligibility
We only accept returns in the case of:
-Faulty products 
-Items that arrive damaged or broken 
If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to resolve the situation.

Made-to-Order Products
Many of our products are made to order based on your selected options, such as model, color, firmness, and size. Each item is individually crafted specifically for you.
Because of this:
-Orders cannot be canceled or changed once production has started 
-These items are non-returnable, as they are custom-made and cannot be resold or reused 
If production has not yet begun, we may still be able to make changes or cancel your order. Please contact us as quickly as possible if needed.

Defects & Claims
If you notice any defect or issue with your product, please notify us within 5 days of delivery. We will review the case and work with you to find a suitable solution.

Sizing & Product Selection
